About the Project
Lifestyle Centre is an Singapore based elderly day care centre that aims at providing care, rehabilitation, social activities and medical assistance for the elderly people while their children are away at work.
My Task
Backed up with the User Research team at TraversIT, I had to work on the Application interface, forms and icons for the Web as well as the Mobile application, along with the brand guideline.
The Process
Having a very defined user base, the process demanded extreme detailing and a constant effort to keep the application as simple as possible. We worked based on User-level.
The Solution
The Aim
The requirement of the design was to provide an efficiently engaging and user-friendly interface for the client as well as the employees of the organization. The application was expected to cater the needs from the beginner-level to high-end technology user.
Interface for Clients
For the client application, We decided to go with simple line icons and illustrations, giving easy access to both patients and their families, providing them with timely information and quality care along with the responsiveness from the medical professionals and care givers.

For the staff portal, the information architecture was made as clear as possible, enabling quick scanning and efficient working. By providing them with well segregated data structure, we ensured swift movement across the portal.

The ACIS solution
ACIS
The core functionality of the Aged Care Intelligent Solution (ACIS) was to connects doctors, nurses, administrators, patients and their families. It helped in providing timely information on their check-in and also assessing their daily activity and health.
