EaszPro CRM
About the Project
EaszProCRM is an excellent SAAS based system used to track and manage leads, opportunities, meetings, quotations, sales order etc. This system gives faster response and accurate results and it helps to reduce workload (to avoid manual entry time).
My Task
For the application, I designed the User Interface and icons for administrator and sales teams, as well as web landing page and brand guidelines.
The Process
As the only designer, with a brief on the requirement, it was great being able to help reimagine what the workflow of the application might look like and then defining the application accordingly
The Solution
The Aim
The aim of the product is to empowers small, medium and large organizations in efficiently engaging the complete customer journey from lead to order, get customer insights and streamline critical business processes. The website is a channel to help organizations to understand product details and to exchange questions or enquiries that they have or initiate any requirement.

For the application, We decided to go with simple line icons and illustrations, thus promoting ease of use.

Application
The core functionality of the application is to be facilitate easy management of customers from leads to order. It supports enhancement of the business with this easy-to-use cloud CRM solution. The login, while simple, provides the user with a clean and friendly data input structure and other details (displayed below).
The inner pages and forms
To managing easy workflow, the product navigation should always be clear and self-evident. The product is structured in a manner that the users should be able to enjoy exploring the interface of the software product.
